TDL Gas Measurement in Narrow Pipes

The wafer cell process adaption for the GPro 500 tunable diode laser gas analyzer is designed for implementation in small, narrow pipes. It allows accurate measurement of O2 and other gases in pipes down to DN50 (2") without obstructing flow.

The wafer cell adaption makes in situ gas measurement in small pipes easy. Use it with the full range of GPro 500 gas sensors for maximum versatility.

No Sampling or Conditioning System
The wafer cell adaption works without a maintenance-prone sampling or conditioning system. This removes costs and measurement downtime.

No Alignment Necessary
The wafer cell is a self-contained unit that integrates directly into the pipe. It provides accurate measurement without obstructing the gas flow.

In Situ Measurement in Small Pipes
The wafer cell adaption for the GPro 500 TDL gas analyzer provides in situ gas measurement in small pipes. The wafer cell can be installed in DN50/80/100 pipes, as well as ANSI 2"/3"/4" pipes where other types of TDL analyzers have challenges.
 
Reduced Lifecycle Maintenance Costs
A major cost of gas analyzers is their maintenance-prone sampling and conditioning systems. The regular maintenance efforts on these systems significantly increases the total cost of ownership. These systems are fully eliminated with a wafer cell analyzer.
