Thorough investigation of instrument status "as found", including performance verification with air and/or deionized water
Visual checks and cleaning of housing, surfaces, terminal, and covers, as well as accessories (pumps, valves) and peripheral devices
Replacement of worn parts such as cell- and syringe adapters, O-rings, and protective sleeve/lid, if required
Operational testing of instrument boards and terminal, temperature monitoring, thermo module, and fan check
For density measuring cells only: additional leakage test, oscillator check, and cell view adjustment
