Unstructured, free‑text documentation and disconnected systems can limit data integrity, reproducibility, and reuse in laboratory‑scale development. This presentation describes the implementation of S88 iControl for streamlined digital data capture in small molecule drug substance experiments. By structuring experiments into defined processes, stages, and operations, S88 enables consistent contextualization of procedures, captures non‑programmable lab activities, and improves alignment with ALCOA+ principles. This presentation will highlight the updated scientist workflow, ELN and data‑pipeline integration, adoption strategy, and key learnings from deploying a scalable, scientist‑driven digital data capture solution.
