Cogen Water Steam Quality Management

Emerging Trends and Challenges

Sekilas Program

  • Loss of water/steam chemistry knowledge and expertise
  • Most common water/steam quality issues in cogen plants that lead to equipment damage
  • The ongoing transition from lab to on-line measurements and testing
  • The commonly overlooked risks of organic contamination to boiler health

Practical Tips, Solutions, and Resources to Help Your Cogeneration.

This educational webinar will review emerging trends and challenges in successfully managing water and steam quality that are facing cogeneration power and steam generation (CHP) units.

Staff responsible for power and steam generation units located within today’s Chemical, Refining, Pulp & Paper, Sugar, Fertilizer, Waste to Energy and other similar type of plants, are looking for ways to learn from others, evolve and improve operational control of their cogeneration processes.

Valuable take-aways will include tips, solutions and additional resources to the challenges reviewed. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask the presenter questions about the topics covered or anything else related to cogeneration.

Individuals involved in water treatment, boiler and steam quality management, maintenance of water/steam analytics and ensuring operation uptime will find this training helpful.
