Multiparameter Analysis of Juices with One Click® - METTLER TOLEDO

Multiparameter Analysis of Juices with One Click®

Total Acidity + Acid corrected Brix + Ratio + pH value

In the quality control of juices, the pH, acidity and sugar content affect both taste and shelf life. Discrete analyzers for each of these parameters have been used for years. With the Excellence line of Titrators and Refractometers, METTLER TOLEDO offers a unique, fully automated measuring system providing accurate results with just One Click®. This not only saves time and labor costs, but also avoids operator influence by manual operations and eliminates data transcription and calculation errors. This results in higher throughput, lower costs and better data quality.

The system

Combining a refractometer and a titrator in an automated multi-parameter system with a sample automation unit and PC software allows to measure Brix, pH and acidity and calculate the acid corrected Brix and ratio fully automatically.

Concentrates:

Concentrates are highly viscous and need a special sample automation with powerful overpressure sampling, like the SC1 or SC30.

Juices:

Final juices can be measured using a regular sample changer, like InMotion. LabX software allows automated export of results to a LIMS or an ERP system.

Simplified workflow saves time and money

One Click Operation

With a single click the operator selects the product to be measured. Subsequently, the sample ID is entered, or much easier, bar-coded in.

Powerful Automation

Whether for diluted juices or concentrates, single sample or sample changer: METTLER TOLEDO has the proper automation solution to sample and clean all instruments automatically.

Absolute Data Quality

LabX® software stores results automatically and supports transfer to a LIMS or ERP system and printing of customized reports.
