UP: Influence of the Hardener Content

To demonstrate the influence of the hardener content on the course of the reaction using a series of DSC measurements. The concentration of hardeners such as peroxides influences the course of the reaction and so enables production conditions to be controlled and product properties optimized. With multicomponent systems, the concentration of each reaction partner must therefore be individually set. DSC can measure the effect of each component on the reaction kinetics especially well and can therefore quickly determine the best conditions. As in the previous example, this is shown using a series of curves.
