Installation Packages (IPac)

• Price based on ship-to address of the quote, surcharges may be applicable for a different address.
•  The qualification PAC service will be completed during normal business hours 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday at a single site location. Weekends, holidays, additional shifts, or any delays on customer's behalf will be billed as per normal billing rates.
• All in scope travel and labor included in the price.
• For x-ray test samples, customer can select 6 metal test samples OR 4 metal and 2 glass or 2 Alumina oxide test samples OR 2 metal, 2 glass and 2 Alumina oxide test samples. Not available for X37.
• The qualification PAC service is available for purchase at the time of new machine purchase at a preferred point of sale rate. Qualification PAC can also be purchased any time thereafter at aftermarket rates.
• Qualification PAC Service must be scheduled by the customer at least ten (10) working days prior to IPAC execution date for pricing to apply.  Expedited qualification PAC scheduling may include a surcharge.
• The customer has 12 calendar months from the time of shipment to have the qualification PAC service scheduled and completed.
• A separate PO will be required for any additional services and/or hours required outside of the normal scope of the qualification PAC service (or due to customer delays/lack of production).  If the visit is unable to be completed in consecutive days, customer is responsible to provide a separate PO for return visit at standard billable rates.
• Qualification PAC service is non-refundable.

*The Extended Care coverage does not apply where METTLER TOLEDO's equipment has been subjected to: accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, failure by buyer to ensure proper storage, operation and/or maintenance, or installation.
