Products are ODVA certified and support both EDS and Custom AOPs for quick and easy integration backed up by sample code and engineering references. Powerful transmitters also connect lab balances and mass comparators. Legacy products support ControlNet™ and DeviceNet™. Condition monitoring includes sign of life heartbeat and unique Smart5 Alarming based on NAMUR NE107. Many products are certified for hazardous (explosive) environments. Transmitters / Indicators offer Device Level Ring and up to 960Hz at network measurements with hundreds of control/data variables.

The Rockwell Automation PLC/PAC programming software, RSLogix 5000, includes a capability to create reusable code objects called Add-On Instructions (AOI), that allow programmers to encapsulate commonly used logic as sets of reusable instructions. Add-on-instructions are available for several METTLER TOLEDO weighing terminals.
