Ramseier tested the new InMotion sample changer for use with a density meter (SG), refractometer (Brix) and titrator (acidity) where the carbonated beverages were automatically degassed following the CO₂ measurement (using a Steinfurth device).
"With the fully-automatic combined analysis we saved a lot of time, at least 10 minutes per sample and the results turned out to be very repeatable" Mr Kunz said.
