M100 Compact Transmitters

Rugged construction and compact design of the M100 Head Mount transmitter allows unique installation on to the process. Thanks to the M100's durability and approvals for use in intrinsically safe areas, the M100 Head Mount Transmitter provides operating assurance even in challenging, harsh environments, across the process industries.

The M100 multi-parameter DIN Rail transmitter communicates with major asset management tools, including AMS, PDM and PACTware. The M100 Sensor Mount transmitter has a small footprint for installation simplicity. Easiest handling and on-site or remote access over HART or Modbus to advanced ISM predictive diagnostics tools leads to maximum measurement uptime. The M100 is a sensor mount transmitter that is ideal for bioreactors.

With METTLER TOLEDO's iSense software, the key tool of Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM), sensors can be precalibrated via a PC and then connected to an M100 Sensor Mount transmitter, DIN Rail transmitter or head mount transmitter. Therefore, a user interface in the field is no longer necessary. This transmitter concept reduces wiring and operation efforts to a minimum.

The M100 is a single-channel, multi-parameter transmitter series for measuring pH/ORP, oxygen, and conductivity with METTLER TOLEDO's ISM sensors. Access to ISM predictive diagnostic tools available over the HART protocol directly from the M100 sensor mount controller, allows easy transmitter configuration and integration of measurement platforms, leading to lower maintenance and increased process uptime.
