Are iC site licenses based on the number of instruments or the number of users?
The cost is based on the number of iC supported instruments owned. An unlimited number of users can access the software from any location.
Do all instruments need to be included in the site license?
All currently supported instruments for a given technology must be included on the site license. Not all technologies that are owned must be covered.
I already have iCare on some instruments, can I upgrade to a site license?
Yes, any unused months of iCare already purchased will be credited towards the cost of an iC site license.
What are the differences between iC site licenses and having iCare alone?
Office copies of iC software can use any of the included D2i (data to information) modules such as iC Safety™ for iControl™ or offline image analysis with iC Vision™. This is a cost effective way to provide users with enhanced features to obtain critical information from each experiment.
