Calibration Levels
The work you perform determines which service and calibration level you require. METTLER TOLEDO offers 2x4 and 3x10 (UKAS) calibration levels. All pipettes receive a thorough overhaul with components being cleaned, repaired or replaced. For multichannel pipettes we will always service and calibrate every single channel on the pipette. The quality of repairs allows METTLER TOLEDO to warranty pipettes for 12 months.

- Sealing system check - visual leak test.
- Service - internal cleaning, replacement of worn parts and adjustment (parts charged as used, dependent on plan).

- Traceability - UKAS accredited laboratory and operating procedure, full traceability of testing equipment and replacement parts.
