How to Send In Your Pipettes
- Decontaminate your pipettes to comply with Health & Safety requirements. We suggest you follow the Basic Exterior Cleaning procedure here.
- Create your online pipette service order via the CustomerPortal. This will create and email you a Service Order Confirmation.
- Package your pipettes appropriately to ensure no damage is incurred during transit.
- Send your pipettes and a signed copy of your Service Order Confirmation to us! We no longer require a Liquid Handling Decontamination and Order Form.
- Will will contact you for your purchase order before returning your pipettes.
Your pipettes will be returned to you in a re-usable box for your next service. METTLER TOLEDO accepts no liability for pipettes delayed, lost or damaged in the mail.
