UK Pipette Decontamination - What You Need To Do

Pre-arranged Onsite Pipette Service Clinics

Please ensure you have completed the Onsite Clinic Decontamination Form prior to our visit to comply with Health and Safety requirements. This will be reviewed with you by the technician. To decontaminate your pipettes we suggest you follow the Basic Exterior Cleaning procedure here.

Mail-in Pipette Service Centre

Please decontaminate your pipettes – we suggest you follow the Basic Exterior Cleaning procedure here. To send in your pipettes use our new online calibration ordering process.

1. Create your online pipette service order via the CustomerPortal. This will create and email you a Service Order Confirmation.
2. Package your pipettes appropriately to ensure no damage is incurred during transit.
3. Send your pipettes and a signed copy of your Service Order Confirmation to us! We no longer require a Liquid Handling Decontamination and Order Form.
4. Will will contact you for your purchase order before returning your pipettes.
