STARe software eMail alert set up
In this video you will learn how to easily configure email alerts in STARe software.
Automatic emails alerts notify users on the following instances:
- Database backup – due, succeeded or failed
- Completed measurements
- Error on TA module
- Warning on TA module
- Waiting for sample insertion
- Waiting for sample removal
- EvalMacro states – succeeded/failed or Error
An email alert can be sent to several users at once, as long as they are subscribed to the email notification service.
Be it a succeeded backup, or an error on your TA module, the STARe email alert option gives you full oversight of your TA workflows.
