The versatile design is available in individual module lengths up to 23 feet and features a slim profile of just 11.5 inches. This offers flexibility in both above-ground and pit configurations, potentially reducing foundation construction costs. It also fits easily into many existing scale foundations, allowing for seamless replacement of aging scales from various manufacturers. Load cells and serviceable components can be easily accessed from above, streamlining preventive maintenance and repairs, particularly in pit-style foundations. Additional options include manhole access and siderails.

METTLER TOLEDO weighbridge designs undergo industry-exclusive “Decades of Durability" lifecycle testing, simulating over 20 years of loading cycles within just 4 to 8 weeks. VTS11x successfully passed a testing regimen, enduring over 2,000,000 cycles at loads up to 45,000 lbs and 500,000 cycles at loads up to 60,000 lbs. This testing applies forces 1.5 times greater than the legal limit for a dual tandem axle on US highways, demonstrating exceptionally durability and reliability.
