Wide Orifice Tips

Reduce Shear Force and Resistance

Wide orifice tips have larger apertures to reduce shear force and provide a larger opening for aspirating and dispensing viscous, particulate or otherwise difficult solutions.

  

Wide orifice tips are particularly useful for protecting the viability of cultured cells and maintaining the integrity of high molecular weight DNA. These tips are only supplied in racks and are available non-sterile and sterile.


Rainin Wide Orifice tips are available in LTS and universal-fit pipettes.
