Background

Titration of duplicated samples is a good way to increase the sample throughput since it allows for reduction of analysis time by 50%.

Titration Excellence T9 can perform the titer determination in two different beakers at the same time. Two methods are synchronized to simultaneously run the titer standardization at Tower A and B on InMotion™ Autosampler with two towers. The analysis of a series sequenceconsisting of two sample series for the acid content determinations is started with OneClick™.

This application describes the titer determination of 1 M potassium hydroxide KOH using potassium hydrogen phthalate KHP as a primary standard.The titer determination is performed simultaneously at Tower A (M811A) and Tower B (M811B). The obtained titer values can be used for simultaneous titration of duplicated resin samples.
