센서 수명 연장
센서에 미립자가 축적되면 센서 판독에 오류가 발생하거나 센서 수명이 단축될 수 있습니다. 자동화 세척으로 센서에 이물질이 남지 않도록 하고 센서의 사용 가능 수명을 연장합니다.
InTrac 착탈식 하우징을 위한 설계
세척 시스템은 InTrac 착탈식 하우징과 통합하도록 설계되었습니다. 세척 기능뿐만 아니라 하우징 경로를 제어할 수 있습니다. EasyClean 150을 통해 세척 주기를 자동 또는 수동으로 작동시킬 수 있습니다.

Description
Sensors which are installed in a pipe or reaction vessel must be able to be withdrawn from the sample medium for maintenance purposes. EasyClean150 is the simplest, safest and most cost-effective way of automatic, regular flushing of sensors with water. Employed in combination with a METTLER TOLEDO InTrac retractable housing, the sensor must not be removed manually.EasyClean150 controls the path of the housing as well as the flushing function. Triggering of the cleaning cycle can be effected automatically through the wash contact in the transmitter, or manually by pressing the appropriate keys on the EasyClean control unit.
EasyClean150 is operated by the wash contact of any appropriate transmitter. For safe operation of the entire loop it is advantageous if the transmitter is equipped with an external hold input as the following transmitters:- pH 2050e
- pH 2100e
- O2 4050e
- O2 4100e
