InSUS single-use sensors are designed to meet the requirements of single-use bag manufacturers and can be used in a wide range of applications that require single-use sensors, including cell culturing, fermentation, media/buffer preparation and virus inactivation. These single-use sensors are available with options for measurement of pH and optical dissolved oxygen in stirred reactors.

Designed for Single-Use Bag Manufacturers

Easy and Safe Installation and Integration
Integration into bags is easy with the InSUS single-use sensors. They offer a unified design that allows safe and easy installation in a standard 1" Eldon James port disk. This makes them ideal for welding to bag stock. All wetted polymer materials on these single-use sensors are made of USP 88 class VI certified materials, ensuring the highest process safety.

Reliable, Straightforward Use in Biocontrollers
InSUS sensors offer the same output signals as the output signals of METTLER TOLEDO's reusable analytical sensors. This allows for seamless integration into an existing transmitter or biocontroller process environment. They also have the same long-term measurement stability that you expect from METTLER TOLEDO analytical sensors for pH and dissolved oxygen.
