Crystallization Scale-up Strategy Development

Crystallization Process Design to Ensure Successful Scale-Up

프로그램

  • Crystallization Scale-up Overview
  • Mixing Implications and Criteria for Crystallization Processes
  • Classical Engineering Calculations Approach
  • Case Study 1: Classical cooling crystallization whereby a process is delivering variable PSD at both lab and plant scale reactors. Requirement to identify the most suitable scale-up criteria for improved process robustness.
  • Case Study 2: pH-adjusted crystallization whereby HCI.IPA was added to a solution of freebase in IPA over a three stage addition profile. Variable output PSD. Evidence of undesired form precipitating prior to form conversion over a short time scale.

본 웹 세미나에서는 유체 역학과 결정화 속도 사이의 상호 작용을 이해하고 관리하는 방법을 설명하기위한 두 가지 연구 사례에 대해 배워 봅니다.
