Unlocking Insights into Petrochemical Performance and Safety

نظرة عامة على البرنامج

  • Introduction to thermal analysis of petrochemicals
  • Standard test methods (ASTM and IP)
  • Thermal analysis techniques
  • Industry applications using DSC, high-pressure DSC, and Flash DSC
  • Industry applications using TGA and thermo-optical analysis
  • Live Q&A with our experts

Petrochemicals are essential building blocks for modern life, used in plastics, coatings, adhesives, synthetic fibers, fuels, and specialty chemicals. Their performance, safety, and processing efficiency depend on how they respond to changes in temperature over time. Thermal analysis proves an ideal set of techniques for investigating the properties of petrochemical products, enabling a better understanding of performance under different conditions.

What You Will Learn in This Webinar

In this live webinar, discover how techniques, including differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Flash DSC, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and thermo-optical analysis (TOA), reveal critical properties of petrochemical products such as thermal stability, decomposition, melting, crystallization, and oxidation behavior. Understanding these characteristics helps optimize formulations, improve manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and support safer handling and storage.

Register now for practical insights into using thermal analysis to make informed decisions across the petrochemical value chain. Don’t miss the opportunity to ask our experts your questions!
