储罐氮封是一种向储存容器与反应器的顶部空间 填充惰性气体的工艺,通常用于保护内部成分因 存在氧气而发生爆炸、降解或者聚合,以及防止设 备腐蚀。氮封系统通常被设计成可在高于大气压 力的条件下运行,这样可防止外部空气进入容器当中。由于许多工艺与应用不希望存在空气中的氧气与湿气,因此从(石油)化工与食品和饮料到制药与纯净水制造,许多行业采用氮封工艺。
