InPro X1 has passed the US military's MIL-STD-810H drop test, meaning that it survived being dropped multiple times from 5 feet onto steel-backed concrete.

How does the InPro X1 compare to traditional glass pH sensors in terms of durability?

The glass shaft of traditional sensors is fragile and can easily break during use and maintenance. The InPro X1 has a solid body, which means it won’t break and will easily tolerate tough process conditions.

Can the InPro X1 sensor handle the harsh cleaning processes typical in food and beverage production?

Yes, both the HLS and SLS models will withstand clean-in-place processes. In addition, the SLS can be steam sterilized.

What is the expected calibration frequency compared to conventional sensors?

In which F&B applications does the InPro X1 excel?

The InPro X1 was successfully tested and is used for in-line pH measurement in dairy applications such as yogurt, cheese, and butter production. The combination of X-Chip pH sensing technology and pressurized Argenthal reference system is suitable for almost all F&B applications within the specified conditions 0-80 °C (100 °C for cleaning) and 0-4 barg.
