We will demonstrate a V57 machine vision system which is designed to detect contaminants and inspect the formation of rigid plastic containers. The sytem inspects sidewalls for debris, cracks or improper formation, verifies ovality or symmetry, and checks neck threading. Multiple lighting options allows for optimal contrast to detect all defects on labels and packaging.

METTLER TOLEDO Safeline metal detectors identify any products containing ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel contaminants, automatically rejecting them off the line. We will showcase our Gravity Feed metal detector for inspecting plastic pellets and other granular, free flowing products.

We will also demonstrate our latest conveyorized metal detector - the M31R on a globally designed conveyor. A C31 StandardLine checkweigher will be demonstrated, performing accurate inline weighing of cases up to 13lbs. With a range of product handling options, including transition, transport and stability, process stability and OEE is increased by reducing unexpected downtime.
