Using the protein purification protocol in Rainin's E4 XLS electronic pipette, PureSpeed tips offer a convenient, low-cost, semi-automated method of purifying micro-scale volumes of target protein in as little as 15 minutes.

Up to 12 samples in parallel

The PureSpeed system offers parallel processing of up to 12 samples in as little as 30 minutes. With magnetic bead or agarose bead protocols, multiple samples must be processed in series.

PureSpeed vs. Magnetic beads

PureSpeed IP yields twice as much concentrated protein (determined by gel image quantification) faster than magnetic beads with highly reproducible data. Semi-automated, the PureSpeed system reduces hands-on time.
