405-DPAS is a pre-pressurized, gel-filled, low maintenance pH probe, specially developped for in-line measurements in biotech and food & beverage applications. It is designed for use in reactors, tanks, open basins and transfer lines under harsh chemical process conditions.

Low maintenance
  • The 405-DPAS electrode is filled with gel-reference electrolyte which is pre-pressurized to 2.5 bar (36 psi). The internal over-pressure ensures gradual electrolyte outflow efficiently cleaning the diaphragm and preventing influx of process medium.
Long operational probe lifetime
  • The probe is further provided with a patented silver-ion trap to prevent diaphragm fouling in sulfide-containing media and prolonging the operative life of the probe.
