A cost-effective solution for continuous TOC monitoring

The 4000TOCe Sensor and M300 single-channel transmitter offer a cost-effective solution for continuous TOC monitoring to meet requirements of major Pharmacopeia for Real-Time-Release (RTR) and Process Analytical Technology (PAT) initiative, as well as semiconductor ultrapure water monitoring requirements.
 
The TOC sensor uses proven ultraviolet (UV) oxidation with differential conductivity to effectively determine TOC concentrations.

Features and Benefits

The 4000TOCe sensor uses proven ultraviolet oxidation with differential conductivity as the method to effectively determine TOC concentrations.  It provides continuous, fast and reliable monitoring from post RO (reverse osmosis) to point-of-use.  Other benefits include:

  • Meets USP <643>, <645> and EP 2.2.44 requirements for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Sensor platform allows easy and economical integration into water purification make-up and distribution systems.
  • Limit of Detection (LOD) <50ppb for ultrapure water applications to continuously monitor critical organic levels in Semiconductor make-up, distribution and process water systems.
  •  Designed for simple interface with single-channel M300 transmitter for process measurement in real time.
  • NEMA 4X/IP65 rated enclosure for wash-down applications
