Our weighing pans make a difference to a process that is repeatable, as well as to more complicated ones. They are designed in a way that makes them easy to clean in order to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. Excellence Balances enable easy exchanging of pans for your specific application.
Under standard conditions, even 1 mg readability balances with an innovative SmartPan can be used without a draft shield. This means that process steps are reduced and weighing is faster and more ergonomic.
Our innovative weighing pan with grid structure is uniquely supported on the back wall of the weighing chamber and "floats" in air. This enables cleaning efforts to be reduced and, more importantly, allows you to achieve faster, more stable results for higher productivity.
Magnetic force has an influence on the performance of a balance and can lead to weighing results deviating from the true weight value. The Magnetic Protection Shield (MPS) weighing pan shields against magnetic forces and allows the magnetic stir bar to be used without affecting the results.

METTLER TOLEDO gray drip trays make light-colored powders and stains easier to see, which enables them to be cleaned up before further use of the balance. Additionally, they are easily removed and dishwasher safe.
