Quantos powder and liquid dosing modules enable you to achieve the highest level of accuracy and safety in sample preparation and can also reduce minimum weight by up to 30%. This reduction means only the minimum amount of your valuable or toxic substances is required for sample preparation.

Automated Dosing Modules

Powder Dosing Heads
Quantos dosing heads have been designed to handle a range of different powder characteristics for efficient powder management and to keep both the user and the sample safe. Our starter kit contains a selection of dosing heads for you to determine which heads best suit your different samples.
Contamination-free Dosing
One powder dosing head is dedicated to one substance or lot number for its entire lifetime, in order to avoid cross contamination. Samples are identified safely via the built-in RFID chip.
User and Substance Protection
A closed container and handsfree weighing and sample handling minimizes operator exposure to hazardous and toxic substances. The optional transport/storage boxes protect your dosing heads when not in use and ensure that valuable and toxic substances remain sealed.
Traceable Data
All information (substance ID, powder quantity, substance expiry date, etc.) is saved on the integrated RFID chip. Data can be easily called up and printed to ensure full traceability.

Accessories for Automated Liquid Dispensing
Solvents are dispensed automatically into the container on the balance. Preparing solutions with the liquid dosing module takes fewer steps, minimizes human interaction and reduces the use of solvents by up to 90%.

Transport Boxes & Vials
A transport box with storage vials protects your dosing heads when not in use and ensures that valuable and toxic substances remain safe. It's also impact resistant and water tight for enhanced safety.

Enhancing Safety in a Workplace with Automated Dosing
Automated powder dosing offers superior protection for the analyst compared to manual dosing. This short webinar describes how implementing it into your workflow can enhance safety.

Gravimetric Sample Preparation
This white paper describes the benefits of gravimetric sample preparation – an innovative new method for preparing samples and standards. It provides insights into how the sample preparation process can be simplified and how sample sizes can be reduced, including a direct comparison with the traditional volumetric method.
