EasyMax 402 Advanced Synthesis Workstation
Scale-Up Experiments and Crystallization Studies
The EasyMax 402 Advanced Synthesis Workstation is designed for larger scale synthesis making it ideal for scale-up experiments and crystallization studies at volumes of 100mL to 400mL. The EasyMax 402 Advanced delivers high quality data and provides key information throughout the course of an experiment. This workstation replaces traditional round bottom flasks and jacketed lab reactors.
Versatile, Accurate, User-Friendly
Manipulating reaction parameters, adding reactants manually or automatically, or controlling the reaction temperature is simple thanks to the user-friendly user interface. The powerful solid-state thermostat ensures accurate control of temperature without using a bulky cryostat. This allows chemists and engineers to run reactions at temperatures between -40 °C and 180 °C .
A wide range of reactors and covers provide flexibility to the EasyMax 402. Researchers choose between:
- 100mL and 400mL Volumes
- 1-piece or 2-piece Reactor Vessels
- Glass or PTFE Covers
- Mixing is optimized by applying a stirrer design that fits the needs of the application
- Dosing Equipment, Syringe Pumps, pH Probes, Sensors, Reflux Condensers and Accessories
The EasyMax is operated with an intuitive touchscreen. Changing reaction parameters is simple, data and trends are displayed on the screen instantaneously and a sequence of consecutive tasks can be easily programmed for 24 hour unattended operation. If desired, the EasyMax can also be operated by the PC based intuitive and powerful iControl software. All data is captured for evaluation or report preparation.
Incorporating real-time, in situ probes (ParticleTrack, ReactIR) into synthesis workstations provide scientists with in-depth process understanding. Instantaneous analysis of process analytical trends allows to immediately making corrections to the process by modifying reaction parameters, such as temperature, dosing rate or pH.
