NEW X-ray Inspection System!
In booth 2012, METTLER TOLEDO will introduce the new X12 and X32 x-ray inspection systems that offer high detection sensitivity performance and enhanced product quality control to help reduce product recalls. This new system provides future-proof technology accessible for all budgets.
On FPSA’s meat production line in booth 4580, an X36 x-ray inspection system will be featured running bacon - checking for physical contaminants, verifying the strip count, and rejecting any product out of specification.
The Latest in Metal Detection
METTLER TOLEDO will demonstrate the M Series metal detector with upgraded SENSE™ software enhancements that offers increased metal detection protection and performance capabilities. The new M Series is designed for future-proof compliance for inline packaged and unpackaged products.
We will also show a Pipeline metal detector for unmatched sensitivity on pumped liquids and slurries.

Fully Automated Label Inspection Solution
We will demonstrate the CV33 combination checkweigher and vision system with integrated V13 Flat Pack label inspection technology, combining high precision weighing with complete label inspection from the bottom, top, front and back.
We will also demonstrate a V31 Oriented Line vision inspection system - a flexible vision inspection system for label, print and packaging applications with an expandable design supporting the addition of future inspection applications. With easy-to-use software and an economical design, the system inspects label quality, text, or other graphic identification, verifies 1D and 2D barcodes and alphanumeric text, as well as checks for cap or lid presence, color, and skew.

Live ProdX™ Connectivity and Data Management
We will demonstrate the latest version of ProdX connected to multiple systems in the booth.
