Inductive conductivity sensors can be integrated with conductivity transmitters to create on-line conductivity meters that are reliable in challenging chemical production environments. These inductive sensors measure conductivity in the range of 0-2000 mS/cm and are designed for aggressive chemical solutions and dirty water applications. They are dependable in acid, caustic and salt stream concentration applications in industrial processing.

Reliable for Medium-to-High Conductivity Applications

For Integration in Aggressive Environments
From high temperature environments to dirty applications, the InPro 7250 series of inductive conductivity sensors can deal with aggressive production environments. A high-temperature model is available that is suitable for conductivity measurement in boiler blowdown applications. Available in PEEK for very aggressive chemicals and PFA for harsh environments, this inductive conductivity sensor can be integrated into applications where you require accurate conductivity measurement in challenging media.

Maintenance Free and Easy to Install
Inductive conductivity sensors have no electrodes and no metal in contact with the process medium, and are not affected by coatings that foul traditional contacting conductivity sensors. Because of this, these sensors make your on-line conductivity meter virtually maintenance free. They are available with a variety of bushings and flanges to simplify installation into your process without needing a separate housing.
