Process FTIR (Fourier Transform infraröd spektroskopi) in situ med ReactIR 45P ger fördjupad förståelse för reaktioner, identifierar processtörningar och bestämmer reaktioners initiering, progression och slut. ReactIR 45P gör att processer kan flyttas från laboratoriet till pilotfabriken och produktion. Genom att spåra viktiga parametrar i realtid kan processdesign och kvalitet förbättras, och variation i kontinuerliga processer och satsfel elimineras.

Provtagningsteknologi finns tillgänglig för nästan all kemi och alla reaktioner – och för alla processförhållanden. Dessa sonder och sensorer lämpar sig för studier av hydrering, Grignard-reaktioner, halogenering och syrakloridreaktioner samt många andra kemier.
