Phototrode DP5 - Описание - METTLER TOLEDO

Phototrode DP5

Color tech for metal titrations and more. The DP5 Phototrode™ is the next generation of photometric titration sensor from METTLER TOLEDO, delivering high precision and ultimate functionality for demanding electroplating and electronics applications, two-phase titration and more.

5 Wavelengths Cover the Full Spectrum

With a choice of 5 wavelengths comprising 520 nm, 555 nm, 590 nm, 620 nm, and 660 nm, the DP5 can be individually adapted to the specific application.

As Easy as a Normal Sensor

Thanks to its movable sleeve holder, the DP5 can be used like any other sensor in the titration vessel, either manually or in automated systems.

Performance for the Long-Term

The polypropylene sensor shaft resists most aqueous and non-aqueous media. For incompatible solvent mixtures, switch easily to a stainless steel shaft

The Flexibility of Photometry

The DP5 works where potentiometric titrations are not possible, where matrix effects corrupt the sensor's output signal, or where photometry is a specified requirement.

Ensures Durable Coatings and Boards

Continuous monitoring of metal ions, acid or anion content in electrochemical baths is necessary to produce consistently good electroplating coatings or circuit boards. The tough DP5 Phototrode was built for just such jobs.

Two-Phase Titrations

For many surfactant analyses, classic two-phase titration remains the only possible solution. The DP5 works well with existing methods and accessories like the two-phase titration beaker.

EN 196-2 for Cement

Test standard EN 196-2 specifies determining calcium and other cement components by photometric titration, with EDTA or EGTA. The DP5 easily attains the wavelengths and requirements specified.
