Det kan by på utfordringer å overføre en kjemisk prosess fra laboratoriet til produksjon. In situ prosess-FTIR (Fourier-transformasjon infrarød spektroskopi) med ReactIR 45P gir grundig reaksjonsforståelse, identifiserer prosessforstyrrelser og fastslår reaksjonsinitiering, -progresjon og -endepunkt. ReactIR 45P gjør at prosessene flyttes fra laboratoriet til pilotanlegg og produksjon uten problemer. Ved å spore kritiske parametere i sanntid, blir prosessdesign og kvalitet forbedret, og variasjon i kontinuerlige prosesser og batchfeil blir eliminert.

Teknologi for prøvetaking er tilgjengelig for nesten alle kjemiske egenskaper og reaksjoner – og under alle prosessforhold. Disse probene og sensorene er egnet for å studere hydrogenereringer,grignardreaksjoner, halogeniseringer og syrekloridreaksjoner, samt mange andre kjemikalier.
