One-Touch Control
The EasyMax is operated with an intuitive touchscreen. Changing reaction parameters is simple, data and trends are displayed on the screen instantaneously and a sequence of consecutive tasks can be easily programmed for 24 hour unattended operation.  If desired, the EasyMax can also be operated by the PC based intuitive and powerful iControl software.  All data is captured for evaluation or report preparation.

Seamless Integration
Incorporating real-time, in situ probes (ParticleTrack, ReactIR) into synthesis workstations provide scientists with in-depth process understanding.  Instantaneous analysis of process analytical trends allows to immediately making corrections to the process by modifying reaction parameters, such as temperature, dosing rate or pH.

Optimale gebruikerservaring

Reactieparameters kunnen worden bediend en data en trends kunnen worden gecontroleerd door middel van een gebruiksvriendelijk aanraakscherm. Een geprogrammeerde takenreeks op het aanraakscherm maakt onbemande werkzaamheden mogelijk. De optionele, intuïtieve iControl PC-software maakt complexere recepten mogelijk.

Breed toepassingsgebied en flexibiliteit

De EasyMax 402 Advanced maakt het mogelijk om een breed scala aan reactieparameters zoals temperatuur, pH, roersnelheid of toevoeging van reagentia uiterst nauwkeurig te controleren. Eén- en tweedelige reactoren ondersteunen een werkvolume van 15 tot 400 ml.

Oplossingen voor databeheer

Alle experimentele gegevens worden automatisch geregistreerd en kunnen verder worden geëvalueerd en geëxporteerd naar andere toepassingen. Het servergebaseerde iC Data Center maakt centrale gegevensopslag en automatische generatie van rapporten mogelijk. Tevens biedt het gegevens voor verdere analyse en visualisatie.

Integratie van calorimetrie en proces-analytische technologie (PAT)

Naadloze integratie van proces-analytische technologie of calorimetrische informatie zorgt ervoor dat de ontwikkeling van de reactie, de bijbehorende potentiële risico's en de vorming van bijproducten beter kunnen worden begrepen.
