USB driver for laboratory balances
To use LabXTM, LabX Direct, MCLink, MT-SICS, or PC Direct via USB the driver needs to be installed before you connect the balance with the PC. The driver creates a separate COM port which allows the communication with the balance. Please read the instructions in the reference manual of your specific balance model for more details.
SerialPortToKeyboard software for standard level laboratory balances
To use the PC Direct functionality of your balance via RS232 install the SerialPortToKeyboard software on your PC. Please read the software release chart and the instructions in the reference manual of your specific balance model for more details.
Web service documentation and sample project for XPR/XSR balances
The METTLER TOLEDO XPR/XSR balance software offers a SOAP-based web service for communication with third-party systems. The web service documentation contains information on how to set up the web service, The web service documentation is a Compiled HTML Help File (CHM). Windows supports CHM files by default. Please contact your local METTLER TOLEDO partner to get more information.
