Poster – Needed to Write a Passionate Letter?

The ink used in today's pens must dry quickly, leaving the paper dry and smudge free. The ink of fine liners is water-based to ensure easy writing and environmental friendliness. The fibre-tip nib is made of nylon and is often clad in metal to ensure more stability and optimal script with a line width of 0.3 or 0.4 mm. A fine liner pen may be left uncapped for a few days without the ink drying out.

Antoinette's notepaper was first weighed blank on an EL204 balance, and then again when she had finished writing her letter. The difference of 0.0328g corresponds to the weight of the ink used.
