Excellence Density Meter Accessories and Consumables

Get the most out of your Excellence Density Meter by adding specific accessories and consumables to enhance your workflow or adapt the instrument to unique applications.

The combined density and refractive index standards are certified for both parameters. They can be used to verify your density meter, your refractometer or your combined density meter / refractive index cell for multiparameter measurements. For more convenience, the data from the certificate can be transferred to the instrument with the barcode reader.

For local printing next to the instrument various USB printers are available: USB-P25, P-56RUE and P-58RUE. Additionally, a standard network printer can be connected to the Excellence Density Meter.

Save time and avoid errors by entering product ID or start a quality con­trol measurement with defined parameters using SmartCodes™. Scanning the barcode will read and store the product and sample ID, run the method, and give color-coded pass/fail information.

The biometric fingerprint reader simplifies user management – no more user names to enter, no more cumbersome password management. Operators simply place their finger on the reader and the instrument immediately logs into their pre-defined profile. Personalized profiles can be customized for their roles, with different system authorization and access levels, available methods, shortcut icons, color schemes, languages and more.

LevelSens™ can be attached to any type of container to detect the level of a liquid. If used with a waste container, LevelSens can stop measurements before it overfills, and if used for rinsing solutions, it informs the user of an upcoming shortage. This prevents exposure to toxic samples and harmful solvents.
