Precise Heating and Cooling
OptiMax eliminates the need for cumbersome oil baths, ice baths and bulky cryostats. The electrical heating and the solid-state cooling technology ensure precise temperature control from -40 °C to 180 °C, without the use of a cryostat.
One Touch Control
OptiMax experiments are controlled using an intuitive touchscreen. At the touch of a button, experimental parameters can be rapidly adjusted, and a sequence of consecutive tasks can be programmed and left to run safely unattended.
Unlimited Flexibility
The experimental configuration can be selected from a wide range of reactors and accessories, to suit the type of research. Configuration changes are rapid and assisted by auto-recognition of probes and devices.
Reliable Information and Data Management
All events and process data are automatically recorded and securely stored. As no information gets lost, experiments become traceable and reproducible. For further processing or interpretation, the data can be evaluated in iControl or Excel®.
Reaction Calorimeter Option
Generate calorimetric information under both isothermal and non-isothermal conditions, using the optional reaction calorimeter upgrade.
