Advanced Gas-Phase Oxygen Sensor

The InPro 6850iG/12/220 is an amperometric gas-phase oxygen sensor that is suited to a wide measurement range in a broad choice of applications. This sensor uses Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) diagnostics to reduce maintenance and downtime.

In-Line Gas Phase O2 Measurement
The InPro 6850iG/12/220 is designed to measure gas-phase oxygen in-line, in harsh environments and hazardous area applications.

Signal Stability & Reduced Maintenance
The 3-electrode system of the InPro 6850iG/12/220 includes a platinum anode that increases signal stability and extends maintenance intervals.

Real-Time Sensor Performance Monitoring
The InPro 6850iG/12/220 uses ISM technology to provide advanced diagnostics, including days until the membrane kit should be replaced.

To meet the requirements of your specific application, the InPro 6850iG/12/220 is 220 mm long for medium to long length installations. It uses a standard silicone O-ring with 316L stainless steel wetted parts.
 
Fast Sensor Replacement for More Uptime
The InPro 6850iG/12/220 offers an easy-to-change membrane body and ISM Plug and Measure technology. Plug and Measure allows a sensor to be polarized and calibrated away from the process under lab conditions, and then inserted directly into the process.
 
Accurate, Quick Measurement
The InPro 6850iG/12/220 responds very quickly to oxygen levels changes (90% in less than 20 seconds), and the membrane is insensitive to dust and moisture. This provides fast, accurate readings in the process stream.
