Conductivity is a critical analytical measurement in a wide range of applications, from pharmaceutical production to chemical concentration management. Conductivity probes with 2 or 4 electrodes allow you to build a conductivity analyzer loop that provides a valuable, easy-to-use tool for quality and process control in a wide range of industrial production operations.
Withstand Challenging and Rigorous Environments
The InPro 7000 and 7100 series of conductivity probes are designed to be integrated into conductivity meters and conductivity analyzer loops in industrial production. These models include conductivity probes that can withstand over 200 sterilization cycles, probes that are designed to resist fouling, and probes that are made of PEEK for resistance against aggressive chemicals.
Designed to Fit Your Process Needs
METTLER TOLEDO 2- and 4-electrode conductivity probes offer a wide range of process connections to meet your application requirements. InPro 7000 and InPro 7100 series conductivity probes offer process connection options that include 1" NPT, DN25, Tri-Clamp 1.5", Tri-Clamp 2", Tuchenhagen-Varivent and DN40-DN125. Paired with an appropriate conductivity transmitter, you can build an in-line conductivity meter that exactly meets your conductivity measurement needs.
Plug and Measure Functionality
The InPro 7100 series of conductivity probes is also available in a digital version. With Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM) technology, the conductivity value is calculated directly in the sensor and sent digitally to the transmitter. This results in higher accuracy than with analog probes. Moreover, the sensors store their own calibration data and can be quickly and accurately calibrated away from your process in any suitable location.
