These hygienic pH sensors help meet regulatory audit requirements for accuracy and reproducibility in biotech, pharmaceutical and food/beverage production. Hygienic pH probes with Intelligent Sensor Management (ISM®) can maintain digital records of calibration history. This makes these the optimal pH probes for bioreactors. The option of liquid, gel and polymer reference systems ensure these sterilizable pH probes meet accuracy and lifetime requirements in your applications and their pressure resistance makes them well suited for installation in vessels and reactors.

Flexibility for Unique Applications
Select hygienic pH sensors in this family offer models for very specific applications. For example, in some applications, such as double-jacket vessels, side entry of a pH sensor is impossible; the InPro® 3100iUD is a sterilizable pH probe that can be implemented in upside-down applications for bottom-entry installation. The LoT406 puncture pH electrode offers a needle-shaped glass membrane for direct penetration into foods such as fruit, meat and dairy products.
Diagnostics to Avoid Sensor Failure Mid-Batch
Hygienic pH sensors with ISM technology offer pre-batch predictive diagnostics that help to ensure that your pH sensors will not fail during a batch process. The Dynamic Lifetime Indicator monitors your process conditions and sensor usage and gives a calculation (in days) of the remaining sensor lifetime. These autoclavable pH probes also use ISM technology to record SIP and Autoclave exposure to ensure that sensor usage is within your SOP requirements.
