Cold cuts, sausage, fresh meat, cheese, fish – the fresh food counter at the E-Center in Ochsenfurt leaves nothing to be desired by customers. To ensure fast service and checkout processes, market manager Manfred Schmidt and departmental manager Manfred Reim use a clever mix of printed receipts and adhesive labels. Ten scales from METTLER TOLEDO's bC Black Line are in use here, perfectly maintaining the counter area's modern design concept in black and orange.
Easily visible right from the entrance
The large fresh food counter at the E-Center in Ochsenfurt is strategically positioned along the back wall of the market. The department, run by master butcher Manfred Reim, offers almost 400 different types of sausage and cold cuts. Added to this are around 250 types of cheese, 130 types of meat and a wide selection of fish. "We have come a long way from our original stand," explains Reim with a certain degree of pride, as the market has been open for only a few years.
