Install a Sample Changer on your XPR Automatic Balance and prepare batches of up to 30 samples in one fully automated run. This highly flexible setup enables dispensing varying quantities for each of the 30 samples. Different sized containers, as well as capsules and vials of any kind can be filled quickly and automatically.

Depending on your needs, the XPR Automatic Balance can be converted from a manual to a semi-automatic system with the ErgoDisc accessory.  Choose from a 1-to-12 capsule filling system which allows the balance operator fill capsules sizes between 00 and 4 into the dedicated plate. The operator will then need to manually turn the plate between dispensing. To ensure conditions remain sterile, the ErgoDisc can be autoclaved and used in a combination with sterile dosing heads.

Specially designed dosing heads enable efficient and safe dispensing of over 90% of various powders and liquids. Our starter kit contains a selection of dosing heads to best suit your different sample types. Sterile dosing heads are also available to meet your specific requirements. The QL003 liquid dosing head has no metal parts and can safely be used to dispense dilute acids (e.g. for trace metal analysis).

Using our dedicated liquid dispensing accessories, it is possible to prepare highly accurate concentrations as low as 0.1 mg/g in just one step. The XPR Automatic Balance calculates the precise amount of solvent required based on the amount of substance dosed to produce the target concentration.

Achieving a dilution factor of 10,000 is also possible in one single step. 

Containers of your choice, like bottles, vials, capsules, tubes, etc. can be conveniently used for safe and efficient automated dispensing of powders and liquids thanks to a selection of adapters and adapter holders such as our ErgoClips.

The integrable anti-static kit automatically detects and eliminates electrostatic charges on samples and containers in the weighing chamber. Through elimination of the electrostatic charges, accurate weighing is assured, and contamination of the balance can be avoided.

A transport box with storage vials protects your dosing heads when not in use and ensures that valuable and toxic substances remain safe. It is also impact resistant and water tight for enhanced safety.
