METTLER TOLEDO’s range of axle weighing solutions are engineered to suit a variety of vehicle weighing requirements, from single axle weighing through to dual, tri or even quad axles. Each solution has been designed to capture and accumulate data accurately and efficiently to assist with Chain of Responsibility compliance.

Slow Speed Weigh-in-Motion Axle Weighbridge

The unique design of METTLER TOLEDO’s weigh-in-motion axle weighing solution can be installed without expensive concrete foundations, considerably reducing your construction costs. The in-ground design makes it easy for vehicles to enter and exit the axle weighbridge without stopping, traveling at a constant speed of less than ten kilometres per hour.

In-Ground Axle Weighbridge

The in-ground axle weighing solution from METTLER TOLEDO enables bi-directional entry for easy and efficient vehicle weighing. The structure includes the unequalled reliability of POWERCELL PDX load cells. With their robust, stainless steel construction, POWERCELL PDX load cells provide 100% protection against the forces that can eat into your profits, including extreme temperatures, lightening strikes, water and floods, rodents, and rust and corrosion.

Multi-Deck Axle Weighbridge

METTLER TOLEDO’s multi-deck axle weighbridge uses multiple independent weighing modules to simultaneously calculate a vehicle’s total gross weight, providing accurate data fast without repositioning the vehicle. By calculating the weight of each axle group, the weighbridge can assist your company with Chain of Responsibility compliance.

The multi-deck weighbridge comes with either a steel or concrete deck and features orthropic ribs and POWERCELL PDX load cells to provide many years of accurate and reliable weighing.
