InPro 3100 & InPro 3100i pH Sensors

The difference between the InPro 3100 and the InPro 3100i is that the InPro 3100 uses analog technology while the InPro 3100i uses digital ISM technology. ISM advanced predictive diagnostics are offered with the InPro 3100i digital pH sensor to help manage your maintenance. The InPro 3100i gives you a clear display of the remaining lifetime of the sensor, time remaining until calibration is needed, as well as counts of SIP and CIP cycles the sensor has undergone.

The InPro 3100 and InPro 3100i pH sensors are available in a variety of lengths, optimal for different installation requirements. Available sensor lengths include 120 mm, 150 mm, 225 mm, 325 mm and 425 mm.

The InPro 3100 family of pH sensors integrate with any appropriate METTLER TOLEDO pH transmitter. These include the M80, M100, M300, M400 and M800 transmitters. The exact transmitter for your application should be selected in consultation with your local METTLER TOLEDO representative.

Intelligent Sensor Management technology offered with the InPro 3100i helps you manage the maintenance of your pH and ORP sensors. The InPro 3100i uses ISM Plug and Measure technology for faster installation and commissioning. With this technology you can calibrate the sensor away from the process, and then quickly swap in a pre-calibrated replacement when needed. The InPro 3100i also provides ISM predictive diagnostics to give you a clear display of its remaining lifetime, time remaining until calibration is needed, as well as counts of SIP and CIP cycles the sensor has undergone.
