An integrated calibration weight allows quick functionality and accuracy tests at any time without the need to interrupt the production process for calibration with an external reference weight.
- Fast format change with ease - Customized sample-holding adapters can be easily installed on the WMF. The weighing pan can be changed quickly to adjust to a new sample or product with minimized downtime.
- Protection of the weighing sensor
WMF weigh modules are equipped with comprehensive overload protection against forces from all sides. This not only protects the accuracy of the weigh module during normal operation, but also in the event of malfunction, ensures high uptime. - Clean-in-place capabilities
The stainless steel housing, FDA-compliant sealing and an optional IP65 wash-down feature allow cleaning procedures in place with water or liquid chemicals. This eliminates the need to disassemble the weigh module and greatly increases cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.
