Tool Kit (HP Crucible)

Crucibles serve as containers for samples during DSC and TGA measurements. They guarantee that the sensor is not contaminated during the measurement.

Platinum crucibles are mainly used for TGA measurements up to 1600 °C. It is the preferred crucible for Cp determination at high temperatures.

The High Pressure DSC crucibles withstand pressures of up to 15 MPa. Steel and gold-plated crucibles are frequently used in safety investigations.
